• Technical 1st and 2nd level support for our hardware and software products
• Technical advice for system integrators and specialist planners on (KNX based) visualisation projects
• Processing technical queries and complaints
• Product development support
• Hardware commissioning and validation

Your profile

• Electrotechnically oriented studies or technical training
• Knowledge and experience in the area of building automation / KNX
• Training as an electrician/electronics technician is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows
• Independent, systematic and careful way of working
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
• Personal characteristics: competent, collegial, goal-oriented, exemplary, friendly

• Further development of the GUI for Windows, Android and iOS
• Further development of the web GUI for system configuration
• Integration of other systems from the smart home area
• Help shape usability and user experience
• Creation of test cases and scenarios

Your profile

• Studies with a software engineering background or training as an IT specialist in application development or career changers with extensive experience in software development.NET and C#
• Experience in creating graphical user interfaces, ideally with WPF/UWP and Xamarin
• Web development experience is a plus (ASP.net, REST Web Services, Swagger, Angular)
• Initial knowledge in the field of KNX/home automation is a plus
• Independent and systematic approach
• Strong communication skills and team orientation
• Good command of both English and German (written and spoken)

Your profile

• Very good knowledge of PHP, MySQl, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3
• Experience with frameworks such as Zend or Eclipse, jQuery, Less
• Basic knowledge of image editing and media applications is desirable
